USC ($$) v. UCLA ($$)

I'm torn between the two LA schools... looking forward to ASW for some answers.

They are peer schools. They are roughly the same price so pick your preference of the two (including things like location, cost, etc).

After you visit them, you will probably know which one you prefer. They are peer schools, pick the one that feels more comfortable.

Just read a rant on FB from a family friend who attends USC for undergrad, about housing/safety.
Your call, but if I were in your shoes, I'd pick UCLA. You have enough to worry about in law school without also having to worry about your personal safety. And they're giving you more money.

historically (maybe even now?), UCLA's had an edge in prestige outside of SoCal, so if you really have no preference, go there.
