Thank you for this, by the way.franklyscarlet wrote:Although OP sounds insufferable, I actually kind of get this. It wears on wustl students a bit (at least, in my experience as an undergrad) to go to one of the best schools in the country and constantly have people asking things like "Oh, is that a community college?" Of course, the final solution is just to man up and get over it.
WUSTL is not one of the best schools in the country LOL.franklyscarlet wrote:Although OP sounds insufferable, I actually kind of get this. When you get a jerb out of WUSTL, then, and only then, will you be a special snowflake. And that goes for any law student, at any school. So don't worry OP, this isn't singling you out. But there isn't any reason to get excited by or for your school until it pays off.TheZoid wrote:Should I tell these douche bags to buy a copy of U.S. News, or just take solace in the fact that these are the uneducated dregs of society?
Lol, I like it.justonemoregame wrote:say you're going to THE washington university in st. louis
Those are some TTT alumnis bro.TheZoid wrote:Thanks for your words of wisdown, bruh. My undergrad didn't get me into WUSTL at all (2.65 GPA, and whatever prestige it has doesn't matter), and I never said it worked well for me. I said I got a similar response from people on it. Oh and by the way, a V30 partner, another NLJ250 firm partner, an AUSA, and a guy who's taken two cases to the Supreme Court all suggested WUSTL, so apparently a few guys have "heard of it." Thanks for your super-serious, douchey attitude, though, I definitely get a good laugh out of assholes like you.MrAnon wrote:stop going to schools people haven't heard of. You say your undergrad worked well for you....how so? It got you into WUSTL, which you don't seem happy about.
I love the shitstorm that ensued from this post. Does law school really strip you of your sense of humor and make you such a douche bag that you try to kick the internet shit out of random joking kids on an internet forum? Damn, maybe I should rethink this move.monkey85 wrote:When you get a jerb out of WUSTL, then, and only then, will you be a special snowflake. And that goes for any law student, at any school.
