Drexel vs. New Hampshire vs. Saint Louis

Hi everyone, I am fairly new to the concepts that go into choosing a Law School. I was accepted into Drexel with a 15K/year scholarship, New Hampshire with a 25K/year scholarship, and Saint Louis with a 12K/year scholarship. I am interested in IP law and Patents, and possibly healthcare law. I have a bachelors in Biology from Drexel, currently working at UPenn's Cancer Center as a Research Assistant. I am not sure what I should and shouldn't be considering, but this is what I have so far, and any help is VERY much appreciated.
Drexel - co-op program, opportunity to create more IP opportunities (as discussed with the Dean), IP concentration
New Hampshire - great and established IP program and clinics, externships available
Saint Louis - Many biotech opportunities surrounding the school, possible externships in these companies, IP concentration
