I am trying to decide at the moment between SLU and IU-B. I am on the wait list at Wash U and if I got off that I would most likely attending Wash U. My stats are 164/3.42. IU-B gave me 10k per year while SLU gave me 26k per year and their tuition is 10k lower. I am originally from St. Louis and I am fairly confident that I would like to end up back in St. Louis ultimately but I am not 100% set on it. I have to tell Indiana something by April 1 and they don't ask for money but your word as a future attorney that you will be attending. Any advice would be appreciated.

SLU since you most likely want to practice in St. Louis and it's way cheaper. IU-B's employment stats are miserable.

Im not hot on either of them but SLU wins handily. I also would probably not go to WUSTL at sticker ITE. Best option is to retake. 6-7 points would be huge for you, and even 3-4 points would make going to a T20 like WUSTL more finacially feasible.

If you aren't going to retake, its SLU by a mile. That makes SLU 9k a year I think? And I'm assuming its their usual 2.0 stip? 27k in tuition isn't bad if you have ties to St. Louis. Easily the better of your 2 options.

I went to IUB and I still say SLU. Both schools are pretty regional/local. If you want to end up in STL, pick the STL school. Added bonus that it's cheaper.

I have not heard good things about job prospects at SLU. Then again, I haven't heard great things about prospects at IU-B.

i voted slu, but you really should try to retake. Study-->take test-->apply early-->better options
