Late Apps as URM

I just posted about EDing UVA (thank you to those who responded), but I wondering if I should apply there RD if there is a decent chance of getting accepted to a CCN with a late app. Any thoughts?

I'm sorry, I'm an idiot. My stats are 164/3.52 NA URM.
