If I were to retake the LSAT in June, would it be possible to negotiate scholly after getting the score with ND/BC/BU/Fordham? Or is this too late for any school to be talking finances? Would an improved LSAT score that late in the game be much of a bargaining chip?

Yes if you receive a score at or above their 75th.
