maybe this will help with getting people's suggestions: what do you want to practice?
Although, most practice areas will be represented in all geographic arenas, they do have larger presences in certain cities (i.e., corporate in NYC, gov't Ks in DC).

Yeah, UConn is probably the best choice if you just straight up have no preference. I think the reason you aren't getting a lot of responses is that it is almost based entirely on where you want to work. The only school I would consider on that list would be UMD, being a native son and all, but that might not be right for you. I would decide where you want to live the rest of your life and go from there - no one here knows you well enough to really give you any insight into that.
