Perhaps T14 is not ideal for Biglaw due to the large selection bias, i.e. more driven people go to T14s which explains T14's over-performing in Biglaw placement relative to T50.
Thoughts?

I'm not even sure what conclusion one is supposed to draw from that article. It's pretty scattered and unfocused.

You are right, this was more about how non-T14 biglaw tend to stick with it longer. I'll fix that.

The article is missing something. The plan B of T14 kids. What is it? What are some of the more popular options?
W/O knowing that, how can you infer anything?
The only way to know that is to do a real study, not this law school scholar b.s, and give surveys to lots of students at lots of different schools during freshman 1L and track them for 10 years.
Other than that, the title of the thread should be firms should know that non T14 kids do pretty well after they get hired.

What I get out of reading it: Once a gunner, always a gunner.
