I do not have the finaid/scholarship offer for these schools yet, but its been an ongoing battle between the three.
I am from socal, so USC is down the street from me. Cornell is the prestigious school and georgetown isn't far behind with the bonus that it is in washington DC where possibilities seem endless.
Any inputs? until i get my scholarship information, it's been a difficult pick for me.

1. This is pointless since you don't have scholarship info. Just be patient.
2. Figure out where you want to work.

Without more information, Cornell & USC seem to be the top two. My best guess is that USC is more prestigious than Georgetown in Southern California. Obviously, the decision depends upon where you want to practice & how much scholarship aid, if any, is offered by each law school.

I am a current USC law student and I chose SC over Penn, UCLA, and Berkley.... however, I have to say that I always wanted to practice in SoCal. Trojan network is insane in SoCal, and the SC alums actually care and do anything for you as SC law student (this is based on my own experience).
I have friends who go to other schools, I mentioned above and some other top schools, and they are always amazed when I tell them about what SC does for its students.
I have to tell you that SC is probably the last school that will give you info about $$$, so you have to wait for it and be patient.
additionally, make your decision based on where you want to practice and just do not focus on rankings.
P.S. most of the people on this site who will tell you how to choose a school, are not law students and just like yourself in the process of admission. thus, the advice they give you is mostly based on ranking and not what a school can really offer you in substance. I recommend that you go to the forums that actual students of each school analyze their school and get a real glimpse of what really matters when you attend the schools you are considering and then make a decision.
good luck

If you are 90% sure you want to stay in Southern California, USC. If you are Big Law or bust, Cornell is the choice.
