George Mason or Brooklyn + $

First, i understand that the answer should depend on where i want to live. But, i have no preference, and this thread could just as easily be called "DC or NYC". Therefore where i will live will depend on where i choose to work and not vice versa
I got $32k/yr at Brooklyn and i only need to be in the top 80%
No cash at George Mason
I have heard that cost of living is about 33% higher in NYC, so that makes it a litter harder to compare salaries
Thoughts?
edit- cost of attendance will be 20k/yr lower at Brooklyn after scholarship
