Top Law Schools

I know this is stupid, but hey - I'm bored.

NYU is top 6, but what is its reputation in context? A lot of people seem to be fairly down on it in other threads. Of course, some people seem to be down on just about every school that isn't popularly abbreviated with 'LS'

lol people tend to bash it because it is the only school in the T6 that has a crappy UG and has less lay prestige as an institution than HYS and Columbia. i live on the west coast and when i told people in NYC or in the legal field that i was accepted to NYU law they definitely knew how prestigious it was.
