W&M w/ money vs others

Hey,
I'm graduating college this semester, primarily interested in Environmental Law (private practice), but open to anything (such as IP). I also prefer to live anywhere in the South, but Cali is okay too.

Thoughts on attending William & Mary with 20k/yr scholarship versus Vanderbilt, Duke, or Berkeley with no $?

I'm wondering if the latter schools will really improve my job prospects a significant amount (depending on how well I perform) while I will leave W&M with only 16K in debt (taking into account money i already have set aside for law school)

I grew up in South Carolina and would prefer to return to the South for law school/post-law school. I'd prefer the South, but don't have a preference as to where in the South.

Agreed. Duke easily. Vandy may even throw you some cash, so wait on that too.
