Will it become ranked within the top 14 schools within USNWR? Maybe, maybe not.
Will it mean anything? Absolutely not other than spawning a bunch of shit threads, similar to this one, on TLS.

Probably not. UT will stay 14 with GULS. UCLA has to compete with Berkeley and Stanford.

National placement will always be and issue with UCLA.

The T14 refers to the school's that have, at one point or another, been ranked in the top 10 by USNWR. Because of this, Texas is not actually a member of the T14 in the traditional sense. As it will be difficult for UCLA to be ranked in the top 10 schools in the country anytime soon, the answer to your question is a resounding no. UCLA will not be joining the t14.
