So I was accepted into Lewis and Clark and, with scholarships, I am looking about about 60k debt by the time I finish up. On the otherhand, I have also been accepted into Boston University and I would be looking at about 120K+ debt by the time I graduate. I plan on practicing in whatever region I go to law school at, so from a pure economic aspect, which would be the better choice?

Boston's legal market is much bigger and (I believe?) pays market.

BU is a stronger school in a larger market (I could be wrong). However I like the NW and am debt adverse. Assuming finishing around median I would probably rather be only in 60k of debt from L&C than 120k from BU.

If you're cool being in Portland or Seattle forever, then L&C could make sense. It really depends on what you want.
