I honestly don't think you'll have much luck negotiating for scholarships because your numbers are just average, but if you don't have anything to lose, why not?

No need to be a jackass, this advice isn't for you. No my numbers aren't great, but I'm also not trying to negotiate from a school where my numbers are at the school's median.
