Impossible to say without knowing where you want to work and what you want to do.

Also you need to retake the LSAT.

I got Waitlisted at UConn and Maryland with a 3.2/166. I did nothing to try and get off of the waitlists. UConn didnt like it and actually sent me a letter complaining that I didnt, Maryland offered me a seat.

I did apply pretty late though.

50/50 on a lot of those. You'll probably get into a couple, but expect a number of rejections. We need to know the market you're shooting for. You may be able to select a TT that will offer you scholarship money and strong placement in its area.

+1 on both.

You should definitely study and retake. At the least you can get more scholarship $$

Honestly location doesn't really matter, basically shooting for a well paying job. The reason I didn't do any T2's is b/c I want to maximize my chances of getting biglaw (I know chances are slim with these schools), or at least a decent job.

I'm considering Case Western and Temple, any others?

It's easier to get a job in locations where you are from and have ties.
