In no attempt to start a flame thread I just wanted to give out of state residents an fyi that the Cooley "Tampa" campus is not in Tampa (30 minutes away) and also nowhere near the beach. This is in reply to comments I've read by others.

Damnit. I guess I won't be transferring there then. This is a deal breaker for me.

Great...you can get ripped off in Florida now. That's probably great news to some new fools.

700 students will enter first term or all together? How many normally enter a class?

700 is Cooley's goal for full enrollment. FWIW, I still think that deserves a very angry letter.
"Martlew said the Tampa Bay campus could grow to nearly 700 students at full enrollment, roughly comparable to the Auburn Hills campus."

I'm sure what the world really needs right now is more Cooley grads.

I guess they're dead set on becoming the ITT Tech of law schools. You'll never be more than an hour away from a Cooley campus!

Does this mean that Cooley students can now spend the summer in Michigan and winter in Florida?

Why does Florida attract all the crap schools?
Why doesn't Harvard say, "Hey! Let me smack a law school right next to ResolutePear!"
??
