ASU sticker VS Chicago Kent 20k/year

Title says it all. I live close enough to Chicago right now that I can commute to Kent fairly easily without having to worry about housing. The scholarship is dependent on academic performance, so it may not be as great as it appears on the surface. I think I'm a bit edgy about the job market for lawyers in Chicago right now and I've heard it looks bleak, although I'm sure the rest of country has a similar environment right now.
