Top Law Schools

Hello everybody!
I'm looking for Two-year J.D. program for international lawyers in USA Law Schools.
I've found two schools, which offer that possibility: Northwestern and Kansas University.
Are there any other, which I've overlooked?

Southwestern Law School has had a two year program for over 30 years.

Well, unless the costs for the 2yr program are really really low or you plan to practice in the schools' specific region, it's probably not worth it - referring to both Kansas & Southwestern, but more so Southwestern.

Go to Google. Type "law schools with 2 year programs"

Dayton, Washburn, Kansas, Southwestern, Northwestern, probably more.

What I've learned of these - there still are only 2 Law Schools that offer 2-year J.D. program, designed for foreign lawyers - Northwestern and Kansas. Rests are offering an accelerated program for those who want to switch carreer quickly and their tuiotion costs are nearly same like costs for regular 3-year J.D.
If I'm wrong, tell me please.

Because I can't apply for Bar exam after LLM, only at CA and that is very uncomfortable. I'm interesting in J.D. and if there is an opportunity such as earn it in two years - that is great for me, I just want to apply to few Law Schools to be able to choose the best.

Northwestern may offer the 2-year JD but they'll charge you the amount of 3 tuitions - not so great.
FYI with the LLM you can practice in many other states besides California (14 I guess)
Back to the JD, few schools offer an official 2-year program but you can earn a JD in 2 years in many schools. They can give you credits for up to one year depending on the subjects you studied at your home country. If you are from a common law country it's even easier but it's also possible for people from civil law countries like myself.
Get in contact with the school you intend to go and see if they offer u this!

Can you tell me which Law School you've chose and why?
And about Northwestern - the tuition is near 50k there - it's normal for top10 I think. Person must be approved for the study there first of all, it is not so easy, especially if English is not your native language.

No they wont. The 2 year JD is different from the 2 year JD for international lawyers. With the former, yes, they do charge for 3 years.

And yes, thanks to previous author, I've asked about 2 year J.D. program for foreign lawyers, not for accelerated J.D. I know that many Law Schools offers the last, and I'm not interesting in it, only in specially designed for foreign lawyers program. Usually the accelerated program has the only one advantage - time, but costs are alike the normal program and the pressure of studying is very high also.
