UOP McGeorge (FT) $$ vs. Santa Clara (PT) sticker

Just got in off the waitlist for Santa Clara PT. However, they're not offering me any money, while McGeorge has offered me a decent amount of money + books. I currently live in the Bay Area (about 10-15 minutes from Santa Clara Law from my parent's house) and while I'd like to come back here when I'm done, I'm okay with living in Sacramento. I currently have a job and while the decision to go to Santa Clara PT would be easier if I can keep my job, I've heard that they have already found my replacement. However, if I can convince my boss to allow me to keep my job and adjust my schedule to do both school and work, Santa Clara PT makes the most sense right?
Any thoughts?

I don't know that SCU PT does make more sense. SCU only placed 1/4 of its grads into full time lawyer positions in 2009 whereas McGeorge placed about 1/2 of its grads (source:

Does McGeorge have a class rank stipulation with that scholly? If not, go there over Santa Clara. However, if you want a real third option, it would be go to neither and either retake or do something else with your life.
