Iowa Law prospects?

I will be applying to LS this fall, and am reasonably certain that I will gain admittance to Iowa's LS with a possible scholarship (I would get in-state there, my permanent address is in Iowa still). Would it be worth it to pay in-state tuition at sticker for Iowa? Are the job prospects worth it if I do not want to stay in Iowa? (I would want to go anywhere else as in Chicago, Minn, KC, STL, any big midwest city or wherever Iowa grads can reach to). Is it worth it to choose Iowa with in-state/partial scholarship over a slightly higher ranked school/not T14 at OOS sticker?
