American or Cardozo

I am making a decision between Cardozo and American, and only have a very short amount of time to do so. I am interested in pursuing a career in IP law after I graduate, and want to know both which school would be better and where I might have more advantageous employment prospects. Both schools would be at sticker price so price seems not to be that great of e benefit at either.

Would you rather be in New York or D.C.?

If it were me, I'd wait a year and retake/apply earlier. Neither of these schools is going to have great prospects, especially considering the amount of debt.

Difficult to practice IP law emerging from either of these schools.

Cardozo is #5 for IP. It is difficult to do anything ITE, but it's hard to write off the program that has placed above NYU and Columbia in the field...

The specialty rankings have nothing to do with how the school actually places in that field, it's only reflective of the faculty.
