Penn vs. UCLA

Hey,
Im currently a senior, finishing up my undergrad at UCLA and have been admitted to UCLA and Penn (off the waitlist). I was born and raised in LA, go to college here, and have every intention of moving back to LA after law school (assuming I move away). I know Penn is ranked higher and is more prestigious, but UCLA offers an extensive entertainment law program and would also expand my network in Los Angeles. While I do really like Penn Law, a big factor in going would be to get away from home for a few years. Any advice, tips? Would I be an idiot to turn down Penn?
