$16,000/ year scholarship at Marquette - no stips vs no money at Indianapolis. What do you think? Which out of the two has better job placement? I dont mind practicing in either state.

Neither is great for jobs but if you don't mind living in Milwaukee for the rest of your life I'd take Marquette.

Definitely Marquette. There are only two law schools in the state and no bar examination. Wisconsin isn't exactly a legal mecca, but you'll be able to find a job if you do pretty well in school. The money is just icing on the cake.

Keep in mind that there is no reporting rate provided for the firm size breakdown nor the salary breakdown. We have no way of knowing whether a majority of graduates are working in large firms or in solo practices. We also don't know whether those salary figures are based on everyone working in a given practice sector or a single graduate working in that area. Without that information, you cannot glean an accurate picture of employment prospects from those breakdowns.
OP, I would choose Marquette for the reasons stated above.
