Is the WL worth it?

I'm on the WL at GT and USC but have already made my deposit at ND. Assuming the above COA would either of these be worth it basiclly if I get off the WL.
Career goal big-law securities law, would like to be in a major financial city (NYC (wall street), Chicago (merc. exchange), or DC(legislative side). Would also like the opportunity to clerk, but realize that this would be the exception at these schools.

GULC has the best chance at all of those things.
However, GULC is absurdly risky at sticker. So I think in either case you should take ND and realize that you probably won't get biglaw.

Why not? People from ND get big law all the time. Just have to be top 30%.

70% chance you won't be, math wizard.

Probably. But I'm also right.

Top 30% hasn't been enough since 2008.

So far the poll is similar to what my thoughts were, USC probably isn't worth it but Georgetown is about 50/50 at sticker...but GT is the much less likely WL for me to get off of based on where I would be sitting on it from the LSN stats.
I realize that 30% is no guarantee but 3/10 is better than no chance at all. I'm also in a position where if I swing and miss, 120K of debt is manageable and with loan payments my break even would be around 65K compared to my current job, which I have to think is attainable out of ND for a large portion of the class.
I did retake and reapply long before everyone on TLS began suggesting it. In my previous cycle in 2007, I would have been attending ASU at sticker and was straight up rejected by schools like Utah (which I was able to write a fun withdrawal letter to this year) so while sometimes "retake, reapply" is thrown out a little to much on this site, in general I agree with it unless you crack 170 on your first try (175 on your first try if you have wet dreams about YHS)...
