Choosing between NU @ sticker (~ $225k of debt) and BU with scholly @ $95k of debt.

Goals: Firm upon graduation in NYC, Boston or Chicago.

Is NU at sticker worth the extra money?

If you do well at BU it'll land you a great job in Boston, and possibly NY too. That's a huge amount less debt for a school that will place very well, ESPECIALLY if you want to stay in Boston.
