UCLA vs Northwestern vs Penn

I am trying to decide between these 3 schools.

I would really like to live in LA, it is close to home and I am not fond of the cold. UCLA has offered me $90,000.
Northwestern- has offered me a very generous scholarship of $50,000/yr for a total of $150,000.
Penn has not yet offered me any merit scholarships.

Am I crazy to pass up Northwestern's offer for UCLA?
If I would like to get a job a big law firm, it is better to do comparatively well at UCLA or mediocre at Penn. Are higher ranked schools even any harder to get good grades at than lower ranked schools?

Yes you would be crazy.

Negotiate with UCLA if you really want to live in LA. 150k at NU will be certain to get you more $ at UCLA.

+1. And subjectively, a lot of people will say that getting good grade at low rank schools is as hard as getting good grade at high rank schools.

Depends on total COA for each law school.

Especially when you are looking at top tier schools already. UCLA and NU? Doubt one student body is more intelligent than another.

NU vs Cooley? Ok I admit it would be easier at Cooley.
