I'm not sure I see the value between comparing what schools chose to show during ASWs. The value of ASW is visiting the school and talking to current students, but comparing what each administration chose to tell you that much.

I agree that we will inevitably get an imperfect view of any given school based on its ASW; I think I did a decent job of digging around with current students when I visited to try to get beyond what the administration wanted to present (though, to its credit, I also don’t think that Boalt put up much of a front at its ASW). I hope my comments reflected more than just my impressions of Boalt based on what the ASW planners wanted us to see, but who knows! Thanks Knock!! My thoughts on Michigan are definitely forthcoming, especially in comparison to Boalt, which was my tough choice to make.
