New England vs. DC: east coast battle!

UConn @ full in-state tuition
Catholic with 1/2 tuition
Northeastern @ full tuition.

I'm interested in international law or Public Policy- secretly hoping to get into American U off of the wait-list, and am torn between returning to DC ( worked there during the '08 campaign cycle) and staying closer to home in New England. I cant help but also consider the UConn in-state tuition...

Please help this New England girl make a decision!

Yay international law! Anyone been at any ASD's where people asked faculty questions about this, fairly cringeworthy. Go UCONN! More exclamation marks!

Also I hate when people ask questions without having filled in thier stats/other schools they've applied to
