Haven't heard from maryland yet, but its basically between Loyola Chicago (12,000 grant) and University of Baltimore (17,000 scholarship). I love both areas - but am still going back and forth.
Also, if I am accepted to Maryland (without aid most likely) is it worth it?

Need more information: Total CoA at each school, your career goals, regional preferences, etc.

Having lived in Chicago and Baltimore, I'd choose Chicago for better career prospects, however Loyola is scraping the bottom there while in Baltimore/Maryland both Baltimore and Maryland are reasonably well respected.
The windy city has winter every year, while Maryland only has hurricanes (that matter anyway) every 5-7 years.
So after first jobs, the mid-Atlantic legal market doesn't move up so well as other markets because many lawyers find out they don't like the government work and just find jobs in the local markets, keeping mid-level jobs comparatively depressed. My impression is Chicago doesn't face the same mid level competition.

I would take UMaryland if you're in-state.
