It really depends on what you want to do post graduation.

LaVerne was a highly-thought-of-by-locals CBE school for many years before it sought (and got) ABA approval. Frankly, it should have stayed with CBE because it was able to charge a great deal less in tuition for a degree that doesn't travel all that well anyway. If the OP intends to stay within LaVerne's "catchment area", I suppose the degree should sell fairly well but for what you get, the school is awfully expensive. Don't go without substantial money (which I see the OP has) for all three years.

As an aside, I have the same general opinion of Thomas Jefferson and Western State but I think LaVerne is a better school than either of those. All three schools would have done better to continue as CBE schools offering a decent law education for a third the price of their ABA competition.

I know someone who did VERY well there (think top 1-2%) and still had difficulty finding a job. He is doing government work now. Fortunately, they gave him a generous scholarship which he was able to renew all three years. My thought on La Verne (so to speak) is that if you have to borrow even a little bit of money to go, you're better off retaking the LSAT or doing something else with your life.

If you want to live in Inland Empire..go there. You can transfer out to Loyola or Southwestern from there if you get in the top 10-20 of class.
