Top Law Schools

Which school would you choose if UNC gives you $10000/y and Wake $20000/y? UNC's ranking is better (and personally I prefer UNC, too. Wake is just too small AND too "white"), but I don't know if it's worth the extra $10000/y. Just another silly question~Thank you for your responses~(if any )!!

PS:I'm not in-state. I am, unfortunately, international

are you in-state? If so you'd only be paying 8k a year to attend UNC.

OOS UNC is around 30, wake 37. Right?

so UNC is 20 a year for you and wake is 17? so only 3k a year more?

Nope

Well against my better judgment of telling you to go to Wake because I want your scholarship, you should probably pick UNC. I think Winston-Salem is a pretty boring place, but in reality you should probably go with which school you had the better feeling about when (if?) you visited.

The cost difference is negligible. Pick which one you like better after visiting, if you haven't already. Based on what you've posted it seems like you've already made up your mind. No matter which of these you pick be sure you're okay living in NC when you start your career.

Cost is negligible and they are peers in every sense of the term. This one comes down to personal preference, however, I don't know why one would "personally prefer" Wake over UNC.

Well if there aren't stipulations on your scholly it may not be a silly question. I hear CoL is cheaper in WS than CH. If you like a bustling college town you will like CH more though. You can visit both schools on a trip, they are about one to one an a half hours drive away from each other.
