NYU (sticker) vs. Duke (1/2 ride)

I hope to end up working in DC (government sector), so I'm also considering Georgetown, but am waitlisted for a scholarship.

I'd say Duke.
I feel like the difference between the two isn't great enough to justify the risk. While NYU's LRAP is pretty great, I feel like taking Duke's much lower amount of debt will help you if, for some reason, you miss out on an LRAP qualifying job and end up at a small firm.
Maybe I am being overly pessimistic about the possibility of missing out on an LRAP job (at least a couple law students have said I am), but I feel like it is just not worth the risk in comparison to taking out only $100,000 in debt.
