Keep in mind that your starting salary is going to be different if you end up doing biglaw in TN/GA than if you end up in San Fran, DC or Boston. So your debt to income ratio is going to be very different once you start working.
I think, based on your markets, you should really consider Emory, Vandy and BC. Keep your debt down at each and work hard.

I would start be removing W&M from consideration. Based on your goals and market preferences, I'd go with Vandy here. Gives you the best chance at securing a federal clerkship and dominates two of your top 4 markets.

Those two reasons point straight to vanderbilt. That said, texas is probably worth a visit but Vandy is giving you more money and places a little better nationally.
