Deathmatch: UGA v. Richmond

So I think I've narrowed my decision down to two schools... UGA and Richmond. I've got a 30k/year scholarship (John Marshall Scholarship to Richmond, which makes COA at Richmond 60K.
EDIT: Got a tuition equalization from UGA, so that makes COA at UGA ~90K.... I think that makes this way less close
I visited Richmond and loved the campus (also the people in the admissions office are so nice!).... I haven't visited UGA yet, but I like what I've seen from their website.
I'd love to practice in Atlanta (it's one of my favorite cities anywhere and I'm a huge Atlanta Braves fan), but wouldn't mind being in Virginia. I think I want to work in a prosecutor's office eventually, but I'd be completely okay with working in a firm first to pay down some debt.
UGA's clinical programs look like they are far superior to Richmond's, but I do like that Richmond has so many courts in the city!
Help me pick, please!
***Also, am I crazy for turning down a full ride to Pacific-McGeorge (which would be 60K COA) and 70K COA at SLU? (I love St. Louis, so practicing there would be no problem) These are both out with the JMS from Richmond.
***Edited to reflect being offered the John Marshall at Richmond
