What is my best option?

To preface this, I took the lsat twice and did miserably both times- so a retake is probably not an option. Right now my choices are:
Lewis and Clark w 10k per yr
Loyola LA
Pepperdine
Iowa
Washington and Lee

What do you think my best option is and why? Thanks!

I'd like to know your definition of a "miserable" LSAT score because you have five interesting choices. Unfortunately, without more information, nobody can offer you meaningful advice about your options.

Miserable = 157

I don't want to take the test again because I studied several hours per day for 4 months and only saw 2pts of improvement.

Ideally I would like to live on the West coast. In not 100% but I think environmental law is where I'm headed. Are schools like Pepperdine and Loyola worth sticker price? Is the best ranked school going to provide the most career options? Or am I better off to go with a T2 and less debt?

If you want west coast, cross off Iowa and W&L. And those schools are not worth sticker, IMO. Even if you could improve your score a few more points to 160 you would probably be in better shape.

If you want to live on the West Coast, and not retake, and do environmental, it seems like L&C would be the obvious choice here.

Lewis and Clark or Loyola. Probably the former if you're cool with the Pac Northwest

I actually took prep course. Every practice exam I took, I scored well over 160. Just lost my shit on test day, twice-- which is why I don't see the point in a retake. I just want to move foreword with the process.

Whats your GPA? It must be converging on a 4.0, or you are a URM, or what? In any event, if its either URM or high GPA, you owe it to yourself to retake and give it everything you've got.

If all at sticker except L&C I would go to Wash and Lee but if you want CA you should go to Hastings.
