I know you have connections, but be careful assuming that. Anyways, this is a lifestyle choice, one that basically boils down to your willingness to spend an extra 100k. I know that doesn't help, but I feel that choice far supersedes any other factor. Given the economy and my general risk-averseness, I would say UF 100%. But I don't hate Florida.PleaseHelpThanks wrote:UF will cost me about 75-125k less over the three years, because I'm in state for Florida.
I'm most likely going to practice in Florida, but really want to get out of this state for once in my life. FWIW, I have many connections in Florida, and finding a job here will not be a problem, but I really want to live in California for a little, and possibly forever. The way I see it, going to Hastings will leave open the option of returning home to Florida, but going to UF will basically close the door to California forever. I just want to get out of Florida, but I don't know if it's worth the extra 100k. Is it crazy to put myself in this much extra debt?
Also, I could see myself doing Crim, but I don't know for sure.
