Better location and lower cost of living.

The answer will be where do you want to live and work? If you want miami- then UM, Tampa- Stetson.
Also will depend on amount of scholarship and stipulations.
Personally, im more of a Tampa fan than Miami. South Florida is very expensive. So if the scholarship and stips are the same, i would choose Stetson.
