WI vs. IL vs. MN vs. BC vs. GMU

I've been accepted into five law schools: Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Boston College and George Mason. Illinois offered me $15K per year, and Wisconsin would be cheap ($18K last year) since I'd get in-state tuition because I grew up and went to school there. Minnesota also offers reciprocity for Wisconsin residents, so I believe I'd get to pay in-state tuition there as well, although I've been living in Washington DC for the last two years.
I have been working in government for the past two years but would like to work in the private sector, ideally for a big firm after law school. My family is in the Midwest and I wouldn't mind living in Chicago, although my top choice was to stay in DC but got WL'd by GW and GTown. Ideally I'd stay on the East Coast and would probably attend BC if I got money from them but it's hard for me to justify paying $40K plus when I'd pay under $30K at the Midwestern schools I got into. I'm still not sure what type of law I want to practice, so I'm more interested in a good overall program than anything specific.
Let me know what you think.
