T-14 or T-1 regional? (Sticker, no big law)

Hi, I apologize if this has been posted before but I ran a search and came up empty.
I was wondering what you guys thought of choosing between a T-14 like Georgetown or Cornell vs. a T-1 regional school like UNC. Assuming I've got residency for the regional school and that I'd be paying sticker for each school, would T-14 still be the way to go? I'd be paying 17k/year in tuition for UNC, as opposed to 45k/year for Cornell/Gtown. I have no interest in big law and would prefer to stay in the region.

How will you pay off
Tuition 17k * 3
and col 20k * 3
Without big-law or T-14 style LRAP.

I just can't see many situations where you had the option of a T-14 (sticker), yet a lower ranked regional school still gave you nothing...
I guess to answer your question I'd go to a T14 over any regional school period. Then again, if you don't want biglaw, what are your specific career goals?

COL in Chapel Hill will be far less than 20k/yr...unless you plan on living like a king.

+1 for normal students
While UNC calculates CoL at 20k, its a pretty liberal estimate (I'm a RDU resident.) even if you want single bedroom grad housing.

I don't generally preach the T-14 or bust mentality but while interviewing I've discovered a little thing that made me happy I went for the prestige. Employers don't just set grade cutoffs, they individualize them for each school. Remember, debt's a lot easier to pay off when you have a job. It's obviously not an end all, be all kind of thing, but keep in mind that employers care a lot about what school you went to.
