well we are both seniors right now in college so she is looking for jobs, but most likely getting a job in the northeast area, so i would go to probably fordham

Tell her to look for job near the Cambridge area. New Haven's school system may not be that good though.

well based off ranking, fordham is the best yeah, i can get into better than fordham right now, but no where i really wanna go (like WUSTL? screw st louis) but idk how crazy i am about being in ny, plus working there after (weatherwise, im from cali). id love to stay in cali, i am thinking about taking a year off and taking lsat again, boosting score, and trying for usc

depends on where shes moving to. The teaching field is very tight right now- and unless shes willing to live in a meh location or take a meh job she may have trouble. especially right out of UG. Her best bet will be to get some subbing experience for a year or 2, get a master degree then shed have a better chance.

Teaching jobs aren't that plentiful right now. My wife's a teacher, and budgetary cuts, etc. are really cramping job prospects. There's one school district a couple of hours from where I live that might have to lay off close to 20% of its teachers.

Hey, those meh location jobs will pay off her student loans, though. Well, the fed gov't will if she teaches there long enough.

A teaching job could be pretty hard to find right now, keep that in mind. And what if she hates it and quits?

TLS is the exact wrong place to look for advice on your love life. You're not really asking for law school related advice. Just know that law school will put the squeeze on your time, temperament, energy and general well-being. Not an easy thing for any SO.
