Vandy is probably the last school that will give you a general pull in the southeast.

I'd also hazard a guess that most of those markets aren't going to take you unless you have ties there.

Depends. Some schools are regional in terms of just their city, some just their state and some can reach surrounding states. If by "not regional" you mean it can take you anywhere I would say T14+Vandy to some extent and UT to an even lesser extent.
