T4 (141) with half ride tuition or T2 (86) sticker?
I want to live in the T4 school's region, but T2 may be better choice rank wise

focus on location and limiting debt.
<-- does not know which school is ranked higher, and does not care; neither will any (many) employers in CA.

Depends on what stipulations are. What are the stipulations?

What school is 141? If it's in CA and you want to work/live there, I would opt for the T4 as long as there aren't ridiculous scholly stipulations.
That Arkansas JD will not transfer to CA and you will be in a lot of debt.

yes, the stipulations are a bit ridiculous
top 15% to keep scholly
I am still waiting for a lot of other schools, but just wanted to throw a question out there to see how one would decide on a T2 (uninterested in location) compared to a T4 (interested in location)
Also, I guess you are right, with a T2 degree, going back to find work in CA would be an unwise choice

Honestly I dont think either of these schools are any good for you. the T4 has ridiculous scholly stipulations so paying sticker for that is just silly. The arkansas JD will not transfer to CA. Cant you find a school in CA that is better than a T4 or perhaps even a T4 that will give you alot of money (close to a full ride and with much easier stips)?

Not sure why you say that CA employers don't hire AR educated students... we have quite a few alumni practicing there. No, the AR bar won't help- but that is true of a lot of the other states one might wish had some type of reciprocity. BTW- AR won't give reciprocity to CA either... Then again, there are not a lot of folks in AR who would want to head to CA after law school....
I don't intend to take the AR Bar...
And the "full sticker" at AR is probably a heck of a lot less than that half ride in CA.... I left GA to come here and I love it. In fact, our Clinic Director left CA to come here and run things. So, it is all about what YOU want...
