Top Law Schools

Okay, the title is an exaggeration, but still. Whenever Penn is compared to its Berkeley, UVA, Mich (and to a lesser extent, NU and Duke), posters here seem to always say that Penn is the worse choice. I'm really confused by this for a lot of reasons; Penn has a higher rank than all of them except Berkeley for example.

I just want to know because Penn is one of my top choices, and reading posts here make me feel like I'm missing something. Enlighten me?

Most of the ragging on Penn I ever did was to rebut some egregious pro-Penn trolling by one particular poster.

Generally, overall, I've consistently explained to people that MVP are peer schools and there are no major differences between them in terms of opportunities. It can be better to go to one over another for certain highly specific goals, but generally speaking they're regarded by employers as peers and you can go to any of them and get roughly the same employment options with roughly the same grades. I don't think there's all that much anti-Penn hate on here or people that strongly disagree with that.

We're all just trying to cancel out this dude's Penn trolling.

More posters but definitely less followers. People generally bash Michigan for its made up poor OCI performance (that they gleam from autoadmit) and they always talk about how UVA is a "lower" top 14 that has a bunch of students who want to work in DC but can't.

Actually, they won their conference championship this year.
