I have heard some people say that the R-N curve is pretty bad. How does it compare with other schools? Has anyone noticed that this curve has hurt them in terms of competing with other similarly ranked schools?

also curious about this. I was told that they grade to a strict B the first year, then there are no more strict curves enforced is this true?

I don't go there, but my understanding is that there is a 2.975 required mean for 1L excluding LRW and 1L electives, with no required distribution (unlike SH). Upper level classes have a 3.075 suggested mean.
