Schools with no grades

Alright, other than Yale and Berkeley, what schools don't have a letter grading system in place? And how much do you think that helps/hurts the students that attend those institutions? You could post schools without graded Legal Writing and Research as well, and comment on that. On a related note, how horrible is LWR and should one seek a school that doesn't have it graded.

thanks

i heard northeastern does written evaluations instead of grades, at a place like yale it won't matter but at at a place like northeastern it probably doesn't help too much
