U of Wisconsin, Chicago or California (preferably Norcal?)

Anyone have any knowledge of the job market in these places? I am in the process of looking at schools and would like to live in any of these cities (except Milwaukee, not Madison).

Is there anywhere left that ISN'T terrible or competitive ITE?????

No, but there are comparatively much, much better markets (East Coast markets like NYC and certain Southern markets like TX). I'd rather be gunning for DC than SF, tbh. (Based on experiences of friends who went through OCI at my school, seemed easier to get DC than SF.)
