Top Law Schools

I received an invitation to apply for the Rothman scholarship today. It seems really hard to get, and coming straight from undergrad, very unlikely that I will be competitive. However, are there separate applications for the other fellowships or are they just awarded?

so, i have done some more research. This is the only scholarship advertised on the website, so it must be unique it some way.
