Car'bozo got pwned in bar passage rates for July 2010:

Pretty sad 'Bozo got beat by BLS and St. Johns, which are both absolute toilets/laughingstocks. Even NYLS had the same stats, and that place will accept people with Down's Syndrome into their school.

The bar is absurdly easy and the ABA should force people to wait 5 yrs to retake it so the market thins out. That way failers would probably just wash out/move on and not even bother with law as a career.

The bar passage rate doesn't really matter when most of these grads won't be able to work in law in the first place.

Although I passed the July NY bar with penty of room to spare, I would hardly call it "absurdly easy." It is, however, a rather absurd test.

My guess is the lower pass rate came from fewer people shelling out for Barbri.

Close associate of mine graduated top 5% from Cardozo on full ride, landed $$$ big law job. People can rag on it if they want, but realistically, who on here is applying there with any intention of enrolling for less than full freight?

Probably very few people from TLS. Probably a lot from the general population. Bozo sucks and your evidence doesn't prove otherwise.
