Doesn't that make you obligated to attend Seton Hall next fall? Or are you willing to wait another year for Fordham...

Also is your Seton Hall scholarship free of a class rank stipulation?

This is the money question. Although, even if it's free and clear, I'd still go Fordham.

Most lower ranked schools have draconian GPA stipulations. There are no guarantees in life even for the best prepared. I love my school and feel it was worth the money. Fordham took a risk on me and I won't ever forget what it felt like to be accepted here. That said, know the facts about jobs and placement. Biglaw is far from guaranteed, but the school is still an asset for nonbiglaw pursuits, and Fordham has more money than it did in my day. It never hurts to ask if you are interested in going! I am happy with my choice even without that benefit, but be smart and proactive and bargaining may be possible.
